Viv Du-Feu
Viv is described by Chambers & Partners as the “incredible” Viv Du-Feu who works with multinationals and domestic clients on strategic issues”.

Prior to joining Capital Law in November 2007, Viv was Head of International Employment Law at Eversheds. He provided direction and leadership for over 270+ full time lawyers / business advisors, achieving international recognition for client orientation and excellent standards of service. Before that, he was, for 15 years, the Head of the Eversheds’ Human Resources Group which included an HR Consultancy arm.

Viv is also a Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management in the US; this enables him to provide clients with a relevant, pragmatic service from an HR perspective. Viv has worked closely with multi-nationals on corporate HR strategy, and case support for major change programmes and workplace issues. In 2003, he was invited by The Work Foundation to sit as a member of the Work & Enterprise Panel of Inquiry - The Missing Link: From Productivity to Performance.


He is an experienced, polished and charismatic presenter who has lectured for a number of years within the education and commercial sectors, including at international conferences and development workshops, furthering professional best practice in the people management sphere.
